PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display waiting time at red signal light and remaining time for crossing at green signal light while making the color and shape of a light emitting part comply with those of the standard of the present traffic lights. SOLUTION: In the LED signal light for pedestrian, translucent boards 15 is constituted to have a plurality of translucent parts 18a and 18b for displaying remaining time in the vicinity of the edges of the translucent boards 15 and lit up by a group of LEDs disposed behind them. While one human figure pattern C1 (or C2) of either the first light emitting part 1A or second light emitting part 1B is lit up, the translucent parts for displaying remaining time 18b (or 18a) of the other light emitting part is lit up and the lighting mode is changed by turning off each translucent parts for displaying remaining time in order, thereby displaying the available time for crossing or waiting time for crossing.
