An identification system (400) contains first (401), second (411) and n-th (421) radio frequency identification tags (RFIT). A reader device (430) with RFIT is able to communicate. The first RFIT has a first plastic carrier (402) on a first antenna (403) linked to a first monolithically integrated complementary metal oxide semiconductor circuit (404).
