PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intake pipe structure of an internal combustion engine that has a simple configuration to prevent a large quantity of oil from flowing into a cylinder all at once.SOLUTION: The internal combustion engine includes an exhaust driven supercharger. A third intake pipe 25 is positioned upstream of a throttle valve 26, so that an entire portion from a staying part 25a where oil stays to an intake manifold 27 is oriented upwardly in a vertical direction toward the intake manifold 27. In addition, an oil reserving part 25b having a predetermined volume is provided as a recess in an inner wall of the third intake pipe 25 in a downstream side of the throttle valve 26 in the third intake pipe 25. |
