PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a joint strengthening beverage comprising both a readily ingestible glucosamine salt and collagen which are known to have a recovering effect and a preventing effect on degenerative joint disease in knee. SOLUTION: This beverage which is readily drinkable and has preservation stability and is more effective for treating and preventing an arthropathy such as osteoarthrosis, etc., cartilage damage and tendon/ligament damage is obtained by formulating effective amounts of a collagen peptide and a glucosamine salt and adding a sugar alcohol such as erythritol, etc., an organic acid or a fruit juice to the mixture. |
