PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a valve device having improved user-friendliness by using a motor for simultaneously turning a pair of valve elements turnably journaled into a pair of valve chests provided in a valve body in linkage with each other to change the condition of communicating a second flow-out/-in port and a third flow-out/-in port of each valve chest with a first flow-out/-in port via a second flow path provided in each valve element corresponding to the turning angle of each valve element. SOLUTION: The pair of valve chests 11 are provided in the valve body 2. The ball valve element 33 is turnably journaled into each valve chest 11. The second flow path 35 communicated with a first flow path 34 is provided in each ball valve element 33. The motor 3 is used for simultaneously turning each ball valve element 33 in linkage with each other. The condition of communicating the second flow-out/-in port 14 and the third flow-out/-in port 16 with the first flow-out/-in port 12 is changed via the second flow path 35 corresponding to the turning angle of each ball valve element 33.
