PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanging apparatus for oil in a transmission, which apparatus can quickly raise the temperature of the oil even in a cold machine state. SOLUTION: The heat exchanging apparatus for the oil of the transmission comprises a heat exchanger 55 for the oil, which heat exchanger carries out the heat exchanging operation between the cooling water of an engine and the oil of the transmission by circulating the cooling water of the engine. In the passage 100 for circulating the cooling water of the engine, a cooler 52a for cooling a turbo unit by supplying the cooling water of the engine is arranged at the upstream position above the heat exchanger 55 for the oil.
