PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically open a door with one-time switch operation even when a control circuit is supplied with electric power and operated or even when electric power to the control circuit is cut off in a stand-by state in a high frequency heating device having the door easily opened with switch operation using electric power. SOLUTION: This high frequency heating device is provided with an openable/closable door 6; a door opening driving means 13 for electrically pushing the door 6 open; a hand hold switch 6c provided at a hand hold 6b of the door 6; a door opening switch 38 for outputting opening instructions of the door 6; a power circuit 33 serving as a power source of the control circuit 14; a door switch 20 interposed between a commercial power source 15 and the power circuit 33, and operated ON by opening the door 6 and operated OFF by closing the door 6; a relay 21 connected in parallel to the door switch 20; and a power switch 22 connected in parallel to the door switch 20 and the relay 21 and supplying electric power to the power circuit 33.
