PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling storage allowing a Stirling refrigerator to be put in a steady state in a short time. SOLUTION: When driving is started, a control part 68 of the cooling storage stops cooling fan devices 22-24 and a radiating fan device 32 and closes a damper 25 to reduce the thermal load of the Stirling refrigerator 11, and increases the rising speed of applied voltage to a linear motor 47 with the increase of temperature difference T1-T2 between a warm head 53 and a cold head 51. The temperature difference T1-T2 between the warm head 53 and cold head 51 can thereby be increased in a short time, and the Stirling refrigerator 11 can be put in the steady state in a short time.
