The torque dependent switching-off device has retainer (9) with leaf spring (10) attached directly or indirectly with the bearing (6). A switch housing (11) is connected to electric motor (1) e.g. with stator or tubing body (5). Switch housing has slot for admission of free ends of the leaf spring. A micro switch is arranged at switch housing and switching finger (15) is attached with retainer.
