A child, temporarily or permanently disabled, can be moved from a hospital bed to an operation or just for a walk using a specifically designed vehicle (1). The unit (1) with an exchangeable seat or bench (10) can have the shape of a locomotive (1) or a fun car as well as appear in the disguise of a suitable animal like an elephant and is moved on wheels (3, 4). A bar (5) with an integrated brake is positioned at the back. Several drawers (9) as well as a recessed top area (7) facilitate the accommodation of important items. The tubes of an infusion bag can be attached laterally (6).
