PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas-liquid separation/mixing apparatus capable of dissolving a raw-material gas in raw-material water through a gas-permeable membrane to produce a gas-liquid mixed water, separating a gas-liquid mixed water into a raw-material gas and raw-material water through a gas-permeable membrane and detecting early raw-material water leaked from a gas-permeable membrane into a raw-material gas. SOLUTION: The apparatus houses a gas-permeable membrane separating raw-material water from a raw-material gas within a mantle and has a leaked water discharge outlet discharging raw water leaked from the gas-permeable membrane into the raw-material gas out of the mantle. A sensor for detection of raw water leaked into the raw-material gas is arranged in a leaked water discharge tube connected to the discharge outlet from the outside of the mantle.
