<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an ameliorant for blood fluidity, which has high safety, is readily produced, usable as a food and beverage such as a health food, a health function food (food for specific health care or nutrient function food), a medicine, a quasi medicine, a cosmetic, or the like, and a composition containing the same. <P>SOLUTION: The ameliorant for blood fluidity comprises a hydrophobic extract of licorice. The medicine or the food composition comprises the ameliorant for blood fluidity. A soft capsule is obtained by sealing the ameliorant for blood fluidity comprising the hydrophobic extract of licorice.
