<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transfer sheet for manufacturing an electrode electrolyte film laminate, and to provide its manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: The transfer sheet comprises a catalyst layer formed via a water-repellent layer on one surface of the substrate. An intermediate layer, consisting of a mixture of the same material as the material constituting the water-repellent layer, and the same material as the material constituting the catalyst layer may be formed between the water-repellent layer and the catalyst layer, and a release layer may be formed between the substrate and the water-repellent layer.
