PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for piling the metallic film and the insulating adhesive film for manufacturing the laminated plate capable of easily piling them with a high productivity by preventing the combined material of the metallic foil and the insulating adhesive film from being wrinkled and deformed.

SOLUTION: This device is used for stacking the metallic foil 1 and the insulating adhesive film 2 and piling the combined material A when the laminated plate having the metallic foils 1 of the combined material and the insulating adhesive film 2 laminated and formed integrally with each other by piling the plurality of combined materials formed by stacking the metallic foils 1 and the insulating adhesive film 2 and laminating and molding them is manufactured. The device comprises a roll 3 around which the long metallic foil 1 is wrapped , a roll 4 around which the long insulating adhesive film 2 is wrapped, a rotatingly driving windup device 5 delivering the metallic foil 1 and the insulating adhesive film 2 from the rolls 3 and 4 and winding up them in an overlapped state, and a material set machine 30 positioning and laminating the metallic foil 1 and the insulating adhesive film 2 beforehand before the metallic foil 1 and the insulating adhesive film 2 are wrapped around the windup device 5.
