ASSET MANAGEMENT SYSTEM, ASSET MANAGEMENT METHOD, ASSET MANAGEMENT SERVER, AND ASSET MANAGEMENT PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems in a conventional system adapted to set a gate in an entrance/exit of a company or the like and check taking-out of assets by a metallic matter detecting means that a valid taking-out person of an asset feels uncomfortableness because the metallic matter detecting means reacts with the asset to give an alarm sound although the reaction of the metallic matter detecting means is known, and the system is inefficient for a manager of the metallic matter detecting means because he/she must inspect the belongings of the valid taking-out person of the asset.

SOLUTION: When taking-out asset information is inputted to a pre-application terminal 101, an asset taking-out management server 301 determines whether asset information stored in an information storage means 402 associated with the asset is matched to the taking-out asset information, and transmits information for instructing no detection to an asset detecting means 201 when the asset information is determined to be matched to the taking-out asset information. Then, the asset detecting means 201 stops detection of assets for a fixed time.
