PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile communication terminal that can be miniaturized and achieve cost reduction. SOLUTION: The mobile communication terminal includes a large-capacity normal RAM 16 for storing a plurality of programs that correspond to respective processes, and a small-capacity high-speed RAM 15 for storing a program that corresponds to the process currently in use. A DSP 14 performs signal processing by executing the program stored in the high-speed RAM 15, determines the next process to be carried out after the process currently in execution, and transfers the program corresponding to the next process from the normal RAM 16 to the high-speed RAM 15.
