PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blow-in confirmation device easily carrying out a blow-in confirmation test of a test piece such as a louver. SOLUTION: A body 2 provided with an opening 4 for setting the louver 3 which is the test piece is supported so as to freely turn around a vertical axis, a blade 8 is attached to the body 2, and the body 2 is turned by wind force acting on the blade 8 such that the opening is facing a predetermined direction with respect to a direction of wind W.
