PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high frequency heating system with the steam generating function capable of simplifying and miniaturizing a constitution of a steam supply mechanism, by omitting an exclusive pump means for supplying water of a water storage tank. SOLUTION: In this high frequency heating system 100 with the steam generating function, the steam supply mechanism 7 supplies heated steam in a heating chamber 3; and comprises the water storage tank 21 detachably equipped in a device body, a supply water receiving pan 25 equipped in the heating chamber 3, a heating means 27 for evaporating the water on the supply water receiving pan 25 by heating this supply water receiving pan 25, and a temperature detecting sensor 41 for detecting the temperature of the heating means or the supply water receiving pan; and controls a steam supply quantity by detecting a residual quantity O of the water storage tank and performing heating control of a steam generating part on the basis of a detecting signal of the temperature detecting sensor.
