PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a needle-united blood collection tube holder which can be used once to scrap, can prevent collected blood from flowing backward, can also be connected easily to a connector for other collection than blood collection, allows needling with a small angle between the needle and a skin surface, and can be gripped to confirm that the needle is punctured into a blood vessel with the edge surface directed upward. SOLUTION: This needle-united blood collection tube holder has one end which is mounted with a hollow needle 2 comprising a blood vessel puncturing needle 21 and a blood collection tube needle 22 in such a manner that the latter is positioned inside and the former is positioned outside the holder, another end of an opening 10, and further may have a blood collection tube guide member 7, wherein the hollow needle 2 is mounted to the blood collection holder body 1 by integral moulding and the blood collection tube needle is wrapped with a rubbery elastic body 3.
