PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a strong hanger capable of being preferably adjusted to a shoulder width to hang coats, jackets or kimono, etc., with different sizes. SOLUTION: Insertion holes are formed in the axial direction at the left and right shoulder parts 4 and 5 of the hanger 1, respectively, and locking projections 6a projects on a slide bar 6 inserted into the insertion hole. Inside the insertion hole, a guide groove through which the locking projections 6a pass so that the slide bar 6 can be moved in the axial direction inside the insertion hole and a plurality of engaging recessed parts 11 communicating with the guide groove and formed at prescribed intervals in the axial direction are provided. By turning the slide bar 6, the locking projections 6a are engaged with and disengaged from the engaging recessed parts 11 and the slide bar 6 is fixed. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
