PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game hall management system and a management device for supporting the discovery of fraudulence by a game hall attendant. SOLUTION: Monitoring tags and monitoring antennas for communicating with the monitoring tags are attached to the main body frame and machine frame of a pachinko game machine and the front surface frame and the main body frame, and an R/W unit communicates with the monitoring tags through the monitoring antennas and monitors opening and closing. Also, the game hall attendant carries an authentication card and turns the R/W unit to an authenticated state at the time of performing the work of the pachinko game machine. In the case of detecting opening/closing of a monitoring place during the authenticated state, it is judged that it is not abnormal and the work is being performed, and work information indicating the condition of the work is transmitted to a hall computer. In the hall computer, the number of times of the work is counted, a reporting image as indicated in the figure is displayed when it has a prescribed number of more, and it is reported that the number of times of the work is large and there is the possibility that the fraudulence is performed.
