It is intended to provide highly stable mutants of human IgG4 antibody. These antibodies include: an antibody in which the CH3 domain of human IgG4 is substituted by the CH3 domain of human IgG1 and which shows suppressed aggregate formation; an antibody in which the CH3 domain and the CH2 domain of human IgG4 are substituted respectively by the CH3 domain and he CH2 domain of human IgG1; and an antibody in which arginine at the 409-position indicated by the EU index proposed by Kabat et al. of human IgG4 is substituted by lysine and which shows suppressed aggregate formation
