<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication apparatus, a relaying apparatus, a communication control method, and a communication control program for warranting the quality of a service while maintaining security. <P>SOLUTION: The communication apparatus includes: an encryption section 11 for generating an encryption packet resulting from encrypting an IP packet to be transmitted; a first attaching information generating section 12 for attaching first attaching information denoting that the IP packet is encrypted to the encrypted packet; a second attaching information generating section 13 for attaching second attaching information denoting that prescribed communication quality is required to the encrypted packet when the IP packet requires the prescribed communication quality; and a transmission section 14 for transmitting the encrypted packet to which first and second attaching information items are attached. Since an available destination option header d4 for determining the quality of service of the packet is attached to the encrypted packet and the resulting packet is transmitted in the case of encrypting the transmission packet and transmitting the encrypted packet, even when an edge router 2 receiving the transmission packet has no encryption key, the edge router 2 can correctly decide the quality of service of the transmission packet and communication warranting the communication quality is enabled. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
