<p>The barbecue has multiple radiant furnaces (2) positioned on a perforated plate (3) placed on a base plate with lateral shelves and feet (17). Spits (33) are placed on vertical panels (30) and support and maintain food to be cooked on top of a juice can and at the center of the furnaces. The furnaces are disposed based on user choice and at a distance based on volume, shape and quality of the food to be cooked.</p> |
