The rod has an epiphyseal part (A) with a neck (C) to receive a head of the femur and a diaphyseal part (B). The part (B) successively presents on its entire length, from lower end of the part (A) till the distal end, a conical span (1) of length (x1), a cylindrical span (2) of length (x2) and a conical span (3) of length (x3), to adapt and block the part (B) simultaneously in the femoral isthmus.
