PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixation implant for ensuring arthrodesis for a bone graft within a joint. SOLUTION: The fixation implant 7 for the bone graft arranged between bones located on both sides of a join space, to ensure arthrodesis, has at least two anchor members for fixation to the bones, and a fixing means 11 for the bone graft. The anchor members are connected to each other by at least one connecting member 10 extending outside the joint. The fixing means 11 is arranged between the anchor members 8 to ensure blocking of the bone graft with respect to the bones of the joint and blocking of the bones of the joint with respect to the bone graft in cooperation with the anchor members 8, and connected to the connecting member 10.
