<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a collection progress rate obtained by quantitatively grasping the working progress state of a collection report of each person in charge in a workflow system. <P>SOLUTION: The progress management system is provided with: a workflow control means 102 having a function for distributing the report to an approver by a report collector, a function for distributing the report to an investigator by the approver, a function for distributing the report to a person in charge by the investigator, a function for preparing a report by the person in charge and providing the report to the investigator, a function for investigating the report by the investigator and providing the report to the approver, and a function for approving the report by the approver and providing the report to a report collector; a database 106 for storing user setting 109, destination setting 108 and document information 110; a means 103 for calculating a progress rate (collection rate); and a workflow client means 105 for displaying the calculated result. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
