PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress electromagnetic waves generated from a heater wire in spite of using the wire with a diameter same as that of conventional wire. SOLUTION: The heater wire is provided with a core thread 1, a signal wire 2 wound on the core thread 1, a functional insulating layer 3 formed so as to cover an outer periphery of the core wire 1 and the signal wire 2 in cylindrical shape, a heating wire 4 wound around the functional insulating layer 3, and an insulating jacket 5 as well as a functional resin layer 6 formed so as to cover an outer periphery of the functional insulating layer 3 and the heating wire 4 sequentially in cylindrical shape. By making the functional resin layer 6 an electromagnetic shielding material, the electromagnetic waves are prevented from getting outside a heater wire 7, and yet, the structure is simple with as low cost as before. Further, even if it is installed on the plane heating element, the surface does generate indentation, and no grounding is necessary, so that it can be easily used at ordinary household.
