<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sleeve fitting for joint capable of reducing material cost as well as improving reliability of crimping connection with reduced variation of crimping force, and a joint electric wire. <P>SOLUTION: This is the sleeve fitting for joint which connects mutually electrically the terminal core wire portion 35b by reducing diameter of the sleeve part 2 by swaging in a state where the terminal core wire portion 35b, in which the insulation covered portion 35a of a plurality of covered electric wires 35 is removed, is inserted into a sleeve part 2 made of a conductive metal. The sleeve part 2 is formed by bending work of an expanded material which is punched in a prescribed shape from the sheet material made of the conductive metal. A contact portion 3 for contacting at least one part of the tip part of the terminal core wire portion 35b inserted from the other end is formed at one end of the sleeve part 2 and a crimping member 4 for crimping the insulation covered portion 35a is formed at the other end of the sleeve part 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
