PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide words and phrases interesting users to an event to be started at specific time before the start of the event. SOLUTION: Event names and opening periods are acquired, documents related to the events are extracted and stored, documents having the time information in a specified totalization period are extracted from the extracted documents, the degrees of attention of events are calculated, an event having the highest degree of attention is selected, and words and phrases are extracted and outputted from different information at different intervals in accordance with relation between the event opening period acquired from an event information storage means and the current date. In the case of extracting words and phrases, words and phrases are extracted from event opening information such as a promoter's invitation message before the opening of the event, and in opening, words and phrases are extracted from document information such as mouth-to-mouth information.
