PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor capable of suppressing a circuit scale and facilitating the preservation and utilization of the data of the images of television by using the shutter function of a shutter part, segmenting the video image of the television from a reception part as one image, converting it to the same format as the image of a camera and preserving it in a storage part. SOLUTION: The image processor comprises a television broadcasting reception part, the photographing part of the camera provided with the shutter part, an image format conversion part for using the shutter function of the shutter part, segmenting the video image of the television from the reception part as one image and converting it to the same format as the image of the camera, and the storage part for preserving the image of the camera.
