PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve shearing strength and rigidity of a floor structure plane for mutually forming an upper story building unit, in a unit building for adjacently constructing a plurality of building units. SOLUTION: In this unit building 1, wall upper hardware 41 is extended to an adjacent upper end surface of a wall panel 12 of respective adjacent lower story building units 10. A floor panel 21 of respective adjacent upper story building units 20, is placed on an upper end surface of the wall panel 12 of the respective lower story building units 10 and an upper part of the wall upper hardware 41. The floor panel 21 of the respective upper story building units 20 is joined to the wall upper hardware 41 and the wall panel 12 of the respective lower story building units 10.
