PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user who operates an image formation apparatus to easily select a plurality of data to be processed, and to execute the processing without having any adverse influence on the data of the other users.

SOLUTION: This image formation apparatus 1 having a data storing part 23 for storing a file 6, a printer device 14 for printing an image and a communication interface 16 for transmitting image data is provided with a user discriminating part 102 for discriminating a user who operates the image formation apparatus 1, a relevant file extracting part 103 for retrieving and extracting a file 6 related with the discriminated user, a display 12 for displaying a data list screen for making a user select a processing object from the extracted files 6 and a processing execution control part 101 for controlling the printer device 14, communication interface 16 or hard disk 23H to execute predetermined processing based on the file 6 selected by the user.
