PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a resistive element in which temperature drift does not exist and it is unnecessary to adjust a resistance value from the outside. SOLUTION: This resistor circuit is provided with: a master circuit 11 consisting of an integrator 9 which integrates current from a reference resistor 2 and current from a MOS transistor 3; and a slave circuit 12 consisting of a MOS transistor 5. In the resistor circuit, the output of the integrator 9 is applied to each gate of the MOS transistor 3 and the MOS transistor 5, respectively and the MOS transistor 3 and the MOS transistor 5 are operated as a similar resistive element or the resistive element with the same ratio.
