PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speaker which solves the problem that a cost is increased since lead wire is required for connection between a voice coil and a terminal and disconnection is generated at a connection part between the lead wire and the voice coil by amplitude, with high reliability and at low cost and a method for manufacturing the same. SOLUTION: In the speaker consisting of a frame 1 having a magnetic circuit having a magnetic gap 1b, the voice coil 3 of which the proximity arrangement is performed at a non-contact state on the upper part of the magnetic gap 1b and a diaphragm 4 which couples the voice coil 3, the voice coil 3 is wound and formed on resin film by copper coating, a work for connecting the lead wire becomes unnecessary, sharp cost reduction is attained, disconnection is no longer generated accompanying amplitude of the diaphragm and the speaker with excellent reliability and high input-proof is realized by constituting the speaker by coupling and forming a lead wire drawing part 3b wider than the wound voice coil 3 on the starting and ending edges.
