PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To judge whether or not a call is received without interrupting speech performed at present with a busy state. SOLUTION: A cellular phone system 100 has a call waiting telephone means and a telephone number acquisition means capable of acquiring a telephone number of the other telephone device. A phone book information registration part 109 registers pieces of information about the telephone number and a name by associating them. A caller establishment means retrieves the telephone number of the phone book information registration part 109 based on the telephone number acquired by the telephone number acquisition means and establishes a caller. A character string voice conversion means converts character information of the name of the established caller into voice information. A caller information notification means notifies a user of the voice information from the character string voice conversion means by voice with volume which does not hinder a call when call termination is generated during the call.
