PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inaccurate reading measuring apparatus and program capable of accurately discriminating whether or not shading correction is to be executed in the case that an image formed on an image forming sheet medium is read and inaccurate reading is measured. SOLUTION: The inaccurate reading measuring apparatus for measuring inaccurate reading in the main scanning direction in the case of scanning an image formed on a photo film and reading the scanned image, includes: a raw data acquisition means 20a for acquiring raw measurement data in the main scanning direction by using image data read from a measurement purpose reference negative film; a correction data acquisition means 20b for calculating correction measurement data resulting from eliminating a noise component from the acquired measurement data; and a rate of change arithmetic means 20d for calculating a differential curve W3 for representing a rate of change in a curve W2 represented by the correction measurement data.
