PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filter to which the countermeasure of electrostatic ground is applied and which has a high dust collection capability. SOLUTION: A filter medium 10 is heated and compressed by sewing ground fibers 11 on the upper face and opposite face of the filter medium 10 by a sewing machine and pressing the heating plate to the filter medium 10 along the sown ground fibers 11.
