<p>The present invention relates to the preparation of a completely biocompatible and injectable, crosslinked polymeric hydrogel based on a polyvinyl alcohol. Said polymer, which is produced in a highly purified form, proved particularly suitable for the preparation of a filler to be employed in medicine and cosmetics, for the purpose of filling, correcting or treating deficits of different kind, origin and size of the soft tissues.</p> |
