<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized foot switch which improves user-friendliness and an output system with the foot switch. <P>SOLUTION: The foot switch 12 has output signal generating means 20, 22, 24, 26, 28, 30, 32, 34 generating output signals for transmitting the output signals to a main body of a device for outputting, pedals 18a, 18b for actuating the means 20, 22, 24, 26, 28, 30, 32, 34, a storage battery 14 for supplying electric power to the means 20, 22, 24, 26, 28, 30, 32, 34, and a state detecting part 36 for detecting a capacity of the storage battery 14.
