<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent conductive film having a desired haze ratio, to provide its manufacturing method and, in particular, a transparent conductive film having a high haze ratio, to provide its manufacturing method, and to provide a dye-sensitized solar cell that uses it. <P>SOLUTION: In relation to an ITO film having a thickness not less than 300 nm, this transparent conductive film strongly oriented in the (400) plane and having a haze ratio of 3.5-70% is used. The ITO film strongly oriented in the (400) plane can be manufactured, by forming the film using a spray pyrolysis method by using a starting material solution having a concentration of 0.3-1 mol/l. An example of a graph of diffraction intensity by an X-ray diffraction method of the obtained ITO film (as shown), and a strong peak corresponding to the (400) plane of ITO is observed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
