<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition for preventing high sensitivity to body coldness and provide cosmetics, beverages and foods containing the same. <P>SOLUTION: The composition preventing high sensitivity to body coldness includes soybean extract and krill extract as essential components. In addition, one or multiple kinds of ginkgo leaf extracts and/or Piper longum extracts are added to the soybean extract and the krill extract to prepare another composition for preventing high sensitivity to body coldness. These composition is fermented with bacillus natto to obtain an extract to give another composition for preventing high sensitivity to body coldness.
