PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide low rolling resistance and excellent wet grip property, and to prevent accumulation of static electricity, while forming a tread rubber part by a strip winding method. SOLUTION: A tread conductive part 23 disposed inward of a tread part 2, and a tread rubber part 22 which is formed of a rubber strip wound body, and whose outer surface forms a tread grounding surface TS and inner surface is in contact with the tread conductive part 23. A conductive coating 26 using electrical conductive material is disposed on at least one face of the rubber strip 25 so as to form conductive passages 27 whose outer ends are exposed to the tread grounding surface TS and inner ends are in contact with the tread conductive part 23.
