<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid-state imaging apparatus which is capable of preventing a dynamic range from being reduced. <P>SOLUTION: A pixel 10 is comprised of a PD (photo-diode) 1 as a photoelectric conversion means for accumulating photo-charges in accordance with a quantity of received light, an FD (floating diffusion) 2 for receiving the photo-charges accumulated by the PD 1, a charge transfer transistor 3 comprised of an NMOS, a reset transistor 4 comprised of an NMOS, an amplification transistor 5 comprised of an NMOS, and a pixel selection transistor 6 comprised of an NMOS. An output unit of a buffer 9 is connected to a gate of the charge transfer transistor 3. The buffer 9 is comprised of an inverter configured by connecting a PMOS and an NMOS in series, and a source of the NMOS is connected to an amplifier 140 which is driven by a variable voltage source 150. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
