PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a highly efficient motor with less copper loss by providing an insulation shape capable of securing the good alignment of a first layer winding and enabling winding with preferable accommodating capability in a usual winding method which is an inner type nozzle winding method, and is of a general slot shape. SOLUTION: An insulation member in which a stepped flat surface parallel to a tooth edge surface having a stepped portion having an inclination angle with respect to a tooth radial direction is formed is disposed on tooth edge surface side opposite to an edge surface side in which a winding start wire wound around teeth is guided, and the obliquely passing winding start wire is guided to a stepped portion along a passage to prevent the displacement of the position. Besides, the insulation member having the stepped portion which is formed orthogonally to the tooth radial direction is disposed on the opposite tooth edge surface side, therefore, the winding start wire and coils after the second winding wound around the teeth are guided completely, thus securing the good alignment of the first layer winding.
