PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of manufacturing a stabilizer bar with a rubber bush which can firmly fix the rubber bush to a stabilizer bar and is excellent in durability while reducing the manufacturing cost though it is the structure capable of preventing abnormal noise. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method is composed of a first process vulcanizing and molding the rubber bush 3, a second process which applies the thermosetting adhesive to a fitted part 2 of a stabilizer bar 1 and externally fits the rubber bush 3 into the fitted part 2, and a third process which heats the rubber bush 3 in a state pressing the rubber bush 3 and adheres to the fitted part 2. A pair of rubber ring part 20 which are externally fitted into the stabilizer bar 1 at both outer sides of the axial direction of the rubber bush 3 are vulcanized and molded in the first process to a state integrally continued to the rubber bush 3, and a pair of fastening bands 21 are respectively wound and fastened to the pair of rubber ring part 20 which are externally fitted into the stabilizer bar 1 in the second process.
