PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To limit simply and inexpensively utility functions such as an image formation processing of specific document including a specific document image to every user without requiring a troublesome operation to the user. SOLUTION: A complex machine 100 equipped with two or more functions including a copy function detects specific image data in image data inputted by image processor 109 as well as reads out the user's recognition data from a memory card 116 carried by the user which enters into a detection area with an RFID controller 110. Regarding a user authenticated based on the recognition data read out by a main controller 105, utilizable functions to image data in which specific image data of the authenticated user are detected are limited following the predetermined utility function limitation information.
