PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate opening and closing of an opening of a hopper and prevent floating by wind. SOLUTION: This apparatus is provided with a pair of guide rails 10 which is fixed along both sides of lengthwise upper sections of the opening of the hopper 8 and in which both the sides are extended to the outside of the hopper, and a pair of roof bodies 12 in which both the sides are movably supported on the guide rails, in which the portion extending to the hopper is kept at a stored position with the opening in a release state and which are butted against each other at the central position of the opening of the hopper with the opening in a closed state.
