<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lower a cooling load of a power source by using cooling ability of gas for power. <P>SOLUTION: A bypass flow path 61 is connected to a coolant flow path 41 in which coolant in a fuel cell stack 20 is circulated. A circulating flow path 61a enabling to circulate the bypass flow path 61 is connected in the bypass flow path 61, and further, a heat exchanger 64 is provided to carry out heat exchange between the coolant circulating in the bypass flow path 61 and hydrogen gas for fuel which is made low temperature by heat insulation and expansion by heat insulation expansion valve 23. Then, a controller for cooling 60 controls a switch valve 63 so that the coolant circulating in the bypass flow path 61 is made to flow in the coolant flow path 41, when a specified upper limit temperature (temperature in which the fuel cell can be efficiently generate power) is exceeded by the coolant circulating in the coolant flow path 41.
