<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the risk of overlooking without obstructing a user from concentrating in work by presenting information at appropriate time and position in accordance with the state of the user. <P>SOLUTION: The visual line movement of the user is detected as the state of the user. When the visual line of the user faces a screen, the waveform of blinks becomes slow and eyeball components rapidly decrease, it is judged that it is the time that presentation information can be presented on the screen. On the basis of the relation of the state of a window arranged on the screen and the gazing point of the user, the position to present the presentation information is determined.
